Cancellation Policy
We get it that sometimes things come up and you may need to cancel. The Cave Grooming & Spa Salon has a 100% cancellation fee. Deposit is non-refundable, but if you are unable to make the appointment, please kindly notify The Cave Grooming & Spa Salon 48 hrs before your appointment at 6784896343 or thecavegroomingandspa@gmail.com to reschedule. Less than a 48 hr notice will result in deposit forfeiture and/or 100% cancellation fee for service/s.
